Who holds your data

ReflectAI is operated by Alistair George, a sole trader based in Australia. ReflectAI is pre-incorporation. References to "ReflectAI", "we", and "us" mean Alistair George trading as ReflectAI.

What we collect

Your email address only. Nothing else — no name, no payment details, no health or performance data, no device or tracking data.

Why we collect it

Your email address is collected for the purposes you consented to at signup. Each was presented as a separate, unticked checkbox.

Consent to purposes 2 and 3 is independent of your waitlist place.

Where it is stored

Loops.so's privacy policy is available at loops.so/privacy.

How long we hold it

We hold your email address until whichever of the following happens first:

How to request deletion

Reply delete to any email you receive from ReflectAI. We will remove your email address from Loops.so within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

Alternatively, email alistair@reflectai.com.au with the subject line "Delete my data".

What comes next

A full Privacy Policy will be published before ReflectAI launches as a product. That policy will cover how data is handled inside the product, including any journaling or performance data. This notice covers the waitlist phase only and will not apply once the product is live.
